Rain and Darkness Contribute to the Netherlands’ Busiest Rush Hour of 2026

The Tuesday evening rush hour brought 1,109 kilometers of traffic jams on Dutch roads, the heaviest congestion so far this year. Rain and earlier darkness contributed to slower traffic, the ANWB said.
