Raúl Castro reappears publicly in Cuba after US indictment
Former Cuban leader Raúl Castro made his first public appearance since being indicted by the U.S. for the 1996 downing of two exile planes. He attended a ceremony with President Miguel Díaz-Canel, who stated, "Raúl is Cuba and Cuba is not to be touched."
