Russia Warns European Troops in Ukraine Would Be Act of War

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the deployment of European troops in Ukraine would be considered a direct declaration of war. He added that Russia will not make any agreements with Europeans on matters concerning state security.
