Russia Fines Telegram and Google 26 Million Rubles for Failing to Remove Prohibited Content

Russia has imposed fines totaling 26 million rubles (approximately $313,000) on Telegram and Google for failing to remove prohibited content. Access to Telegram is also restricted in the country.
