Russian national wanted on Interpol red notice for fraud arrested in Turkey

A Russian national, Marat Dreizin, wanted on an Interpol red notice for qualified fraud by Russian authorities, has been arrested in Antalya, Turkey. He was also found to be sought under various restrictions within Turkey.
