Samsun Authorities Warn Against Swimming Due to Strong Winds and High Waves

Samsun Governorate has issued a warning advising citizens not to swim in the sea today. This is due to expected strong winds reaching 15 nautical miles and wave heights of up to 1 meter, posing a risk to safety.
