Two-Way Shipping Resumes on the Boven-IJssel After Rain Raises Water Levels

Rijkswaterstaat has lifted one-way restrictions on the Boven-IJssel after recent rain raised water levels enough for ships to pass in both directions. The agency says drought conditions are not over and water levels remain under close watch.
