Spanish Home Foreclosures Hit Nine-Year High in Q2, Driven by Primary Residences

Home foreclosures in Spain reached 7,141 in the second quarter, a 12.2% annual increase. Foreclosures on primary residences specifically surged 27.5% to 3,703, the highest figure since the first quarter of 2017.
