Statute of Limitations Lifted for 20 Judges and Prosecutors, Including Fugitive Zekeriya Öz

A statute of limitations decision for 20 former judges and prosecutors, including fugitive Zekeriya Öz, has been overturned. The court ruled that the actions also constitute torture, a crime for which the statute of limitations does not apply.
