Supreme Court Rules on Return of Engagement Gifts in Turkey

The Turkish Supreme Court has ruled that non-traditional engagement gifts, such as gold and jewelry, can be reclaimed if the engagement ends for reasons other than marriage. However, engagement rings are excluded from this ruling.
