Turkey’s Supreme Court Upholds Rejection of Father-in-Law’s Rent Claim Against Former Son-in-Law

Turkey’s Supreme Court ruled that a father-in-law cannot claim five years’ rent for a home his daughter and former son-in-law used without a rental agreement. It overturned the ruling on alleged gold and foreign-currency debts for further review.
