Syrian Foreign Minister Calls Turkey a 'Key Partner' in Reconstruction
Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad stated that Turkey is a "key partner" in Syria's reconstruction. He also noted that Syria has not yet decided whether to join the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
