Thirteen Suspects Held in Investment Fraud Probe Across Nine Turkish Provinces

Police detained 13 suspects in a fraud operation spanning nine provinces and centered in Samsun. Three victims were allegedly defrauded of a total of 4,078,172 Turkish lira through investment promises and claims of being public officials.
