Trump plans Ukraine 'victory fund' paid for by tariffs on China - and claims India's PM has agreed to stop buying Russian oil as the US President piles pressure on Putin to end his war
Under the proposal, Chinese imports could face a 500 per cent tariff, with the revenue directed to weapons and aid for Ukraine's armed forces.
