Turkey Cracks Down on Irregular Citizenship Scheme, 72 Arrested

Turkish authorities have arrested 72 individuals in a second wave of operations targeting an irregular citizenship scheme. The investigation revealed that 1,070 people obtained Turkish citizenship through fraudulent real estate transactions, leading to the seizure of assets and the appointment of administrators for 30 companies.
