Turkey Exempts Certain Tourism Facilities from Property Ownership Requirements

Turkey has introduced an exception to property ownership and land registry requirements for certain tourism facilities. The decision, published in the Official Gazette, applies to establishments in commercially zoned areas designated before June 1, 2019.
