Turkey to Ban Imports, Production, and Use of Three Pesticide Active Ingredients

Turkey's Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry will end the import, production, and use of plant protection products containing thiophanate methyl, indoxacarb, and phosmet. The phase-out will occur in stages, with import bans starting in November 2026, production bans in December 2026, and use bans by December 2027.
