Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan: We do not want the war to spread to the Black Sea

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that the war between Russia and Ukraine should not spread to the Black Sea. Speaking in Kyiv, Fidan also called for a return to negotiations and diplomatic solutions.
