Turkey’s Court of Cassation Orders Further Investigation Into Used-Car Odometer Fraud Claim

Turkey’s Court of Cassation overturned a decision to close an investigation into alleged odometer tampering in a used-car sale. It said the buyer’s ability to check mileage records does not, by itself, excuse alleged seller fraud.
