Turkish Medical Association Protests Actions Against Doctors Performing Abortions

The Turkish Medical Association (TTB) has protested the İstanbul Provincial Health Directorate's actions against approximately 20 gynecologists. The TTB stated that these doctors' clinics were inspected and documented for allegedly performing abortions, which the TTB asserts is a legal medical procedure in Turkey.
