UEFA prepares criminal complaint against Infantino over World Cup commercial rights plan

UEFA is preparing to file a criminal complaint against FIFA President Gianni Infantino over a plan to sell World Cup commercial rights. UEFA had threatened a boycott in response to the FIFA announcement.
