Uganda Army Chief Calls for Turks to Leave, Threatens Arrest

Uganda's Chief of Defence Forces, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has called for Turkish citizens to leave the country within a week. He announced plans for a protest outside the Turkish Embassy on September 18, threatening to arrest anyone who opposes the directive, labeling them "Turkish agents."
