Ukraine President Orders Investigation After Shootout Between Rival Spy Agencies

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered an investigation and announced dismissals following an armed clash between rival intelligence agencies, the SBU and GUR, in Kyiv. The incident has also prompted calls for European repayment of US aid.
