Unexploded WWI Shell Found on Public Beach in Canakkale, Turkey

Swimmers at a public beach in Kepez, Canakkale, Turkey discovered an unexploded artillery shell believed to be from the Gallipoli Campaign. Police secured the area and bomb disposal experts removed the shell for examination.
