Unlicensed Driver Hits Mother and Children on Motorcycle in Adana, Turkey

In Adana, Turkey, a 16-year-old unlicensed driver on a three-wheeled motorcycle collided with a mother and her two children on their own motorcycle while they were on their way to school.
