Ratko Mladic, "Butcher of the Balkans" convicted of war crimes, to receive state funeral in Serbia

Ratko Mladic, the former Bosnian Serb military chief convicted of genocide and war crimes, will be honored with a state funeral in Serbia. He died in The Hague while serving a life sentence.
