Karoline Leavitt to step down as White House press secretary, Trump announces

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will step down at the end of August, President Trump announced. Leavitt is leaving to spend more time with her family and will become an outside adviser. She is the youngest person to hold the role.
