22-Year-Old Woman Killed in Adana After Rejecting Man’s Dating Offer

Sevda Dinler, 22, was shot and killed at a picnic area in Kozan, Adana, after rejecting a man’s offer of a relationship. An off-duty police officer detained the suspect at the scene.
