Türk Altın Buys Sındırgı Maden for $65.5M
Türk Altın has acquired all shares of Sındırgı Maden İşletmeleri for $65.5 million. The deal includes mining licenses in Balıkesir and Bilecik, an ore processing plant, and approximately 76,000 ounces of gold and 1.8 million ounces of silver reserves.
