Türk Altın Acquires Sındırgı Maden for $65.5 Million, Gaining Gold and Silver Reserves

Türk Altın has acquired all shares of Sındırgı Maden İşletmeleri for $65.5 million. The deal includes mining licenses in Balıkesir and Bilecik, an ore processing plant, and approximately 76,000 ounces of gold and 1.8 million ounces of silver reserves.
