CHP Deputy Gökhan Günaydın Files Constitutional Court Challenge Against New Law

Ankara Deputy Gökhan Günaydın has filed a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court seeking the suspension and annulment of certain provisions in Law No. 7577. The challenged articles reportedly affect tax exemptions for health institutions, BOTAŞ's debts, privatization of public assets, and disability tax exemptions.
