Solvinity, the company behind DigiD, appeals Dutch government's takeover ban

Solvinity, the cloud company that provides infrastructure for the Dutch DigiD digital identity system, is appealing the government's decision to block its acquisition by US firm Kyndryl. State Secretary Aerdts prohibited the takeover last month, citing public interest concerns.
