Amazon Raises Minimum Starting Pay to $20/Hour, Adds New Employee Benefits

Amazon is increasing its minimum starting wage to $20 per hour for US employees and introducing new benefits, including discounts for employees and their families. The average total compensation, including benefits, will now exceed $32 per hour.
