Major European Banks Urge EU to Ease Regulations for Growth

Eleven of Europe's largest banks have sent a letter to EU leaders requesting a moratorium on increased capital requirements and a simplification of regulations. They argue these changes are necessary for the EU to better compete with China and the United States.
