Belgian group Rossel in exclusive talks to buy French regional newspaper Sud Ouest

Belgian media group Rossel, owner of La Voix du Nord, has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire French regional newspaper Sud Ouest. The deal would create the third-largest regional press group in France with a combined annual turnover exceeding 400 million euros.
