Spain's Home Sales Decline 1.8% in April, Marking Fourth Consecutive Monthly Drop

Home sales in Spain decreased by 1.8% in April compared to the previous year, reaching 53,241 transactions. This marks the fourth consecutive month of decline, primarily driven by a 2.4% drop in sales of existing homes, while new home sales saw a slight 0.6% increase.
