Turkey's Hunger Threshold Nears 50,000 Lira, Poverty Line Exceeds 124,000 Lira
A recent study by BES-AR reveals that the hunger threshold for a four-person family in Turkey has reached 49,655 lira, while the poverty line has climbed to 124,339 lira as of September. The cost of living for a single worker is now 80,863 lira.
