Turkey’s Capital Markets Board Clarifies Fund Liquidation and Settlement Rules

Turkey’s Capital Markets Board said a sale instruction or account record alone does not mean settlement has begun. Completed settlements are unaffected; instructions still awaiting settlement may be included in liquidation to support fair distribution of fund assets.
