A film director recently bemoaned the recent trend – but there appears to be a huge appetite for the photosNancy Meyers, the director of The Holiday and Something’s Got to Give, knows a thing or two about making movies. And this week, she took to Instagram to protest about a new trend in cinema and TV: on-set photos.Screenshotting leaked images of actor Jack Lowden dressed as Mr Darcy in Dolly Alderton’s adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, she wrote: “Can we please STOP showing movies and TV shows being made?!
