Turkey's Constitutional Court Cancels Permanent Alimony Regulation

Turkey's Constitutional Court has annulled the provision allowing permanent alimony for divorced spouses, effective June 30, 2027. The court ruled that the duration of alimony should be determined based on individual circumstances.
