Former President Biden told reporters on Friday in Delaware that "all the folks are very optimistic" about successfully treating his prostate cancer.The big picture: Biden was diagnosed earlier this month with an aggressive form of cancer that had metastasized to his bone.What he's saying: "The prognosis is good.
