Christa Pike's Execution Halted by Court Just Before Scheduled Time

A federal appeals court has halted the execution of Christa Pike, scheduled for Wednesday, to review claims of childhood abuse that were not considered during her sentencing. Pike was set to be the first woman executed in Tennessee in over 200 years.
