Turkey’s Court of Cassation Rules Landlords May Pay Costs in Rent-Determination Cases

Turkey’s Court of Cassation says a tenant who leaves before a new rental period begins cannot be held responsible for costs when that makes a rent-determination case moot. The landlord may have to pay the costs.
