Three Arrested in Ceuta Over Suspected Irregular Migration Network and Sexual Assault

Police arrested three people in Ceuta over suspected involvement in a network facilitating irregular migration. Ten people, including four minors, were found crowded inside a home; one person reported a suspected drug-facilitated sexual assault.
