Spain Says 88,146 Migrants Returned to Morocco from Ceuta

Spain’s Civil Guard estimates that 88,146 migrants returned to Morocco from Ceuta after a mass crossing in July—more than the government’s earlier estimate of up to 80,000 arrivals. The report also recorded 862 rescues and 90 deaths.
