Turkey Ends Automatic Transfer of Earthquake Insurance Policies on Property Sales

Turkey has ended the automatic transfer of mandatory earthquake insurance (DASK) policies when properties are sold. The policy will now end with the sale, and unused premiums will be refunded to the previous owner.
