'No survivors expected' in Air India plane disaster - and yet more people on the ground were killed by fireball when Gatwick-bound jet with 244 on board crashed into medical college and exploded, police say

The number of fatalities is not yet known but rescuers said at least 30 bodies have so far been recovered from a building.
