There’s a new Nicolas Cage movie coming. I know, I know, there’s always a new Nicolas Cage movie coming. Since he made his debut in 1982 in Fast Times at Ridgemont High Cage has appeared in 117 movies according to IMDb, with another six in the works. That averages out at nearly three films a year for more than 40 years. It should be said many of them are not great. There was a time there when Cage was better known for buying haunted houses, searching for the Holy Grail and being married to Elvis’s daughter Lisa Marie (one of five marriages) than he was for his films.
