Old Town Road rapper-singer Lil Nas X briefly opened up about his “fucking terrifying” experience being arrested and hospitalised.“Your girl is gonna be okay, y’all. Okay. She’s gonna be all right. She’s gonna be all right. Shit,” he said in a short clip posted on his Instagram story on Tuesday, his first time commenting since the incident. “That was fucking terrifying, that was terrifying, that was a terrifying last four days, but your girl’s gonna be all right.”Early on Thursday morning, Lil Nas X, whose given name is Montero Lamar Hill, was wearing only his underwear and cowboy boots while strutting, posing and shouting down Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles County, according to video footage released by TMZ.The outlet also released other footage in which Hill was completely nude while roaming in the middle of the street. The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the incident after receiving a call about the matter. They claimed in a statement to HuffPost that Hill “charged at officers” and was “placed under arrest for battery”.Police also said they took Hill to a hospital under suspicion of “possible overdose”. Lil Nas X leaves Van Nuys Jail on Monday in Van Nuys, Calif.Hill was charged with three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer. He pleaded not guilty to all counts, according to the district attorney’s office.The Grammy Award-winning artist was released on $75,000 bail on the condition that he receive drug treatment after a Monday court appearance.“Assuming the allegations here are true, this is an absolute aberration in this person’s life,” Christine O’Connor, an attorney for Hill, told the judge in court, according to NBC News. “Nothing like this has ever happened to him.” Hill’s father, Robert Stafford, said his son is “very remorseful for what happened,” NBC reported. “He’s going to get the help that he needs, and just keep him in your prayers,” Stafford said. “Give him the same grace and mercy that God gives everyone.”A pre-trial hearing for Hill is set for September 15. O’Connor’s office did not immediately respond to HuffPost’s request for comment.Related...Lil Nas X Arrested And Briefly Hospitalised After Altercation With Police Officers
